Our moss designs are maintenance-free. Because the moss is preserved, it does not require water, misting, or sunlight. Simply keep it indoors and away from direct high-intensity heat to maintain its vibrant color and texture.
What is your shipping policy for fragile items?
We take extreme care in packaging. All items are insured and shipped in custom-fitted, reinforced crates. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
Can I request a custom size or design?
Yes, we specialize in bespoke commissions. You can contact our design team via the 'Custom Orders' page to discuss specific dimensions, frame finishes, and moss types tailored to your space.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all standard catalog items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made installations and personalized orders are non-refundable.
